Leadership
operating system.
Agents that read what's open across your team's chats, email and tools, brief you each morning, draft the replies and chase the owners. Nothing goes out without a human's approval, and every step is logged. We map who owns what, I install the agents, we train your team, and I hand it over. You own it.
The problem it solves.
Most leadership teams don't have a strategy problem. They have a follow-through problem. Decisions get made in a meeting and then dissolve into chat threads. Nobody is quite sure who owns what. The CEO spends the week reading channels and asking "where are we on this?"
A leadership operating system takes the chasing off the leader's plate. Agents read what's open, work out who owns each item and what's late, and put a short brief in front of you every morning. They draft the replies and the follow-ups. You, or the person you nominate, approve before anything is sent. Every step is written to a log you can read.
I run my own follow-through this way. Agents brief me, draft and chase, and I approve. What I install for you is the same pattern, fitted to how your team already works.
How the 4–6 weeks run.
- Audit. We sit with the leadership team, read where work actually lives (chat, email, tracker, docs) and map who owns what. You get a short written map of the open loops and the owners, and we agree what the system will watch first.
- Scaffold. I connect the agents to your tools with the access you approve, set up the approval step and the log, and write down the rules: what counts as open, who owns it, when to chase, what never gets sent.
- Shadow. The agents run alongside the team without sending anything. They produce the morning brief and draft replies, and we compare their read with what the team knows to be true. We fix what they get wrong.
- Supervised. Drafts go out once a human approves them. The brief becomes part of the leader's morning. We tune what gets surfaced and what gets ignored, week by week.
- Handover. Your team gets the setup, the rules, the log and a walkthrough, and the people who will run it are trained. Access and accounts are yours. I step out.
What gets installed.
- i.An ownership map. Who owns which area and which recurring decisions, written down so the agents and the team read from the same page.
- ii.A morning brief. What's open, what's late, what's waiting on you, and what changed since yesterday. Short enough to read before the first meeting.
- iii.Drafted replies and chasers. Ready for a human to approve, edit or drop. Nothing sends itself.
- iv.An action log. Every read, draft, approval and send, so you can see what the system did and why.
- v.A trained owner on your team. Someone who can adjust the rules, add a channel or switch a piece off without calling me.
What you don't get.
× Not this
- AI that sends messages on its own
- A chatbot bolted onto your workspace
- Accounts and keys that I own and control
- An open-ended retainer to keep it running
✓ This instead
- A human approves every send
- Every step written to a log you can read
- Your accounts, your access, your data
- A clean handover, with no retainer required
